The area that usually takes the most time to clean is usually the kitchen. This is where many activities of the day take place.
- You need to keep the bathroom and kitchen surfaces clean
- Clean your bed every day. It can keep the whole room neat and tidy after it’s clean.
- Keep your drawers and cabinets wide and cleaner. Only a minimum of clothes and towels should be kept in the closet. You won’t need much space to store your laundry after washing.
- Set up a handy area where you can find everything.
- Hanging an extra towel in the kitchen for easy cleaning.
- If you often have to pay your bills, have your checkbook, calculator, envelopes, stamps, etc. in the drawer.
- Be neat! If you have many letters and envelopes, stack them and put important envelopes on top.
- Try not to let things pile up. Just a piece of paper in a neat desk area can be an excuse for more clutter.
9. Always be neat and always maintain cleanliness
- When changing, get close to your wardrobe and put your shoes on the shelves. In that area always keep a basket of dirty clothes.
- Place a basket next to your bookshelf, newspaper shelf, crafts … You may always need them later.
- There are areas where you can always get cluttered. It is your desk, sewing workshop or craft room. These may be too busy, creative places to keep them tidy.
10. Do everything as neat as possible
- Do not forget to clean the washing machine and dishwasher. These two things are clean, meaning that your dishes and clothes are clean.
- Focus on cleaning up some areas in the center, noticeable first. Miscellaneous items you can store in a bin and out of sight like a closet or bedroom.
- Do not start cleaning with a drawer or closet, especially when a guest is about to visit. It takes a lot of time and most likely you won’t be able to arrange in time to do other things before they arrive.
